Just a few images of my Hot Sauce Collection

 

This is a recent image of the shelf that houses all of my Blair's collection (the top 3 shelfs) including
the 13 bottles that I won in the 2006 worldwide contest put on by Blair. There were only 10 sets
of 13 bottles (early labels) given away and many entries.
I have put them behind Plexiglass. The bottom shelf holds the very valuable Dave's Private Reserves
and the oversize bottles of the collection.

This picture shows the main Hot Sauce collection in one of the hallways in my house. The shelves are
12 feet in length and 6 feet in height.

 

The entire collection now numbers slightly over 700 bottles.
